Recipe for Colored Candy Floss:
A. Raw Materials
1. White Sugar: 1000g (Granules are the bigger the better)
2. Food Colorant: 10g
3. Purified Water: 15g (Less water is the easier to dry. )
B. Method of Preparation
1. Put food colorant into purified water and mix them up
2. Put the mixed colorant into sugar, and stir them until the mixture reaches a high mixing uniformity.
3. Dry the colored sugar with electric fan
4. As per the proportion of 1: 5, put the dry colored sugar into white sugar, and mix them up.
5. With the sugar prepared in this way, you can make colored candy floss.
